The Cafe at Treasure Island Play Centre

All our food is cooked and/or prepared in the Treasure Island Play Centre kitchen (pictured) by our trained staff to a very high standard.

Nutrition and value for money is at the forefront of our "No Chips" policy and we are able to cater for all kinds of tastes and dietry requirements. If you have any special dietry requirements, please mention them when you order, or ask at reception for information.

Simply find somewhere to sit then come and place your order at the till. Chose from anything on our menu or one of our Tea-Time Specials. You can pay right away, or set up a tab to pay at the end of your visit, it's up to you. When your food is ready (remember it's all made to order), one of our staff will bring it to your table or Sofa.

You don't have to bring a child to use our Cafe either! Just let us know at reception that you've only come for the food and we'll let you in.

Sometimes you just can't be bothered to cook a meal for the whole family.

Maybe you've had a hard day looking after the children, or you've had a hard day at work. Maybe the children need a distraction that doesn't involve a TV screen, or they deserve a treat for being good.

That's where Treasure Island Play Centre's Tea-Time Specials come in!

Each week we feature a different Tea-Time Special. Something nutritious, filling and delicious that's excellent value for money. A good meal that you don't have to cook yourself.

Now there's no excuse for resorting to the dreaded ready meals.

All food served at a Treasure Island Play Centre children's Party is prepared in our Cafe Kitchen.

Even though it's made for kids, we don't skimp on our Nutritional standards. Kids Parties need alot of energy to get through and we don't believe in filling your children with the kind of empty energy you find in sugary snacks and processed party foods.

You may find kids favourites such as Crisps, but you'll also find fruit and cucumber/carrot sticks alongside our freshly cut sandwiches.

Cakes, buns and biscuits are made on the premises and most importantly, are not put out along with the savouries. This ensures the children have something decent to eat before they start devouring our delicious sweets.

To make things easier on our visitors, you can set up a "Tab" when you first arrive so everything can be paid for at the end of your visit.

When you sign in at Reception, you will be asked if you would like to set up a "Tab", which will allow you to order whatever you like from the Cafe and pay for your child's play as you leave.

This helps keep everything in order for you with just one bill to pay which is especially convenient for visitors who would rather pay by Credit or Debit Card than with cash.

We can accept all major Credit and Debit Cards at Treasure Island Play Centre, both at the front desk and in the Cafe. Creating a Tab when you arrive helps us speed up the order process at the kitchen as nobody will need to hang around while the Credit Card companies do their annoying checks.

Please note, all tabs must be paid before you leave the centre. No extended credit can be offered.
